Catherine Wilkes is a Chartered Member of IOSH and Fellow of IIRSM with over 25 years of experience in environmental health and safety. As Executive Director of EHS at Quotient Sciences, she leads strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a pragmatic, business-focused approach to workplace safety.

Catherine has deep expertise in radiation protection, risk assessment, and facilities management, and has played a key role in disaster planning and process improvement across clinical and laboratory environments. 

She holds a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
