Des Glass is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of senior financial leadership across multinational, publicly listed, and high‑growth organizations. He joined Quotient Sciences in April 2022, applying deep expertise in strategic financial management, capital optimisation, and operational alignment, along with significant experience scaling international companies and driving financial performance.

Before joining Quotient Sciences, Des served as Group CFO at RWS Holdings plc, the world’s leading provider of technology localisation and language services, where he helped accelerate global expansion through strategic acquisitions and operational transformation. Previously, he spent nine years as CFO of GAN plc, where he helped guide the business from a fast‑moving technology start‑up to a successful AIM flotation and expanded its operations across the US and Europe. His earlier career included senior finance roles at Rodale, Primedia, and ABC in New York, strengthening his leadership experience across media and technology‑driven businesses across international markets.

Des began his career at Deloitte, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and holds an MBA from Imperial College London.
