Absorption, metabolism, and excretion of single-dose oral [14C]camizestrant in healthy human female participants

Camizestrant is a next-generation selective estrogen receptor degrader and complete estrogen receptor antagonist and is being evaluated for the treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative breast cancer. 

This Phase 1, single-center, single-period, non-randomized, open-label study sought to determine the mass balance recovery of camizestrant and conduct metabolite profiling and structural identification.
