Brianna McElfresh is Senior Director of Business Development with over 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and nearly a decade focused on CDMO partnerships and outsourcing solutions. Since entering the pharmaceutical industry in 2014 and transitioning into CDMO commercial roles in 2017, Brianna has supported small molecule oral solid dose (OSD), sterile manufacturing, and API development programs across all stages of the drug lifecycle.
Drawing on a strong analytical and technical foundation developed at Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Brianna combines scientific expertise with commercial strategy to help pharmaceutical and biotech companies identify and execute development and manufacturing solutions that align with their clinical and commercialization goals. Throughout a career spanning technical operations and commercial leadership, Brianna has developed a reputation for connecting customer needs with practical manufacturing solutions while fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
In her current role. Brianna leads business development for drug product formulation and drug product manufacturing opportunities, working closely with sponsors to navigate complex development challenges, accelerate timelines, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Brianna holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
